If AJI-SHIO® Pepper is a vegetarian product, why is there an Egg content in the ingredient list?
The statement “Manufactured in a facility that also processes products that contain soy bean, wheat (gluten), fish, milk and egg” refers to the allergen declaration as the packing line is shared with other products that contain soy bean, wheat (gluten), fish, milk and egg but are not part of the ingredients of AJI-SHIO® Pepper. This information needs to be declared on the package label as it is one of the requirements by the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Malaysia. AJI-SHIO® Pepper is suitable for vegetarian consumption.
Why does AJI-SHIO® become clumped after it is opened?
Excessive moisture and heat will cause clumping in most of the seasoning products. Please keep it in a cool and dry place to prevent this from happening.
