Hope of Life with Culinary Arts by AJINOMOTO (Malaysia) Berhad & Fuzi Magic

Salvaging the underprivileged from the bottom line besides savouring the marvelous tastes of tantalizing culinary, once again Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd. takes its initiative to play a part in social care with community services. With the objective to equip the underprivileged with culinary skills, a 12-month campaign will be conducted. This campaign is expected to improve the quality of living of the less fortunate group with the new survival skills that would benefit them for a lifetime.

Well acclaimed as a leading food company, Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd. joins hands with FuziMagic voluntary charity body to lead a group of 24 consist of single mothers and orphans above 13 within the Klang Valley vicinity to explore world of culinary. Other than street food cuisine preparation by using AJI-NO-MOTO® products, participants will also be guided with safety tips including the usage of utensils and knowledge of working in a hygienic kitchen environment.

There will be 2 kinds of training classes, the ‘Intensive Basic Culinary Skill Training Class’ and the ‘Exclusive Culinary Class’ to be conducted in 3 months and 9 months respectively. There’s a class every month, the former as an introduction which includes specific & detail culinary skill training on 3 menus each class, whereas the latter involves 4 menus each class guided by celebrity chefs and academic chefs.

To build bridges of goodwill throughout the campaign, Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd fully sponsors the classes with the attempts to help the less fortunate group. Eat well, live well; together we live a healthier life.
