Banana Corn Pudding
Ingredients
Ingredients (A):
8-10 sachets | Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener |
½ can | Cream corn |
4 | Banana, each cut into 8 slices |
Some | Banana leaf |
Ingredients (B):
100 g | Mung bean flour (Hoen Kwe Flour) |
600 ml | Water |
150 g | Coconut milk |
Method
- Combine (B). Mix well and cook on low heat until thick, remove from heat.
- Stir in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener and cream corn.
- Clean banana leaf, cut into 16 pieces measuring 5 x 8 inches.
- Spoon in 2 tbsp cooked mung beans mixture. Place 2 slices of banana, wrap and chill in fridge till ready to serve.
