Soft and sweet Bingka Labu recipe, a special dessert for Eid or afternoon tea.

1 packet Seri-Aji® Tepung Goreng Pisang 150g
250 g Pumpkin, boiled and drained
200 ml Santan
150 g Sugar
2 nos Egg
1½ tbsp Butter
½ tsp Cooking oil
1 tsp White sesame seeds
Method
Method
  1. Put all the ingredients together with Seri-Aji® Tepung Goreng Pisang 150g into a blender except white sesame seeds and cooking oil. Blend until well combined.
  2. Rub oil on the baking pan and pour the batter into the baking pan. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes at 180˚C in the pre-heated oven.
  4. Wait until it turns cool before cutting and serving.
