Bingka Labu

Soft and sweet Bingka Labu recipe, a special dessert for Eid or afternoon tea.

1 packet | Seri-Aji® Tepung Goreng Pisang 150g |
250 g | Pumpkin, boiled and drained |
200 ml | Santan |
150 g | Sugar |
2 nos | Egg |
1½ tbsp | Butter |
½ tsp | Cooking oil |
1 tsp | White sesame seeds |

- Put all the ingredients together with Seri-Aji® Tepung Goreng Pisang 150g into a blender except white sesame seeds and cooking oil. Blend until well combined.
- Rub oil on the baking pan and pour the batter into the baking pan. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180˚C in the pre-heated oven.
- Wait until it turns cool before cutting and serving.
