Recipe Description

2 strings Gluten balls cut into half, blanched in water added with a little oil and sugar, drained
1 Carrot, cut into shapes
100 g Snow peas

Ingredients B:

100 g Chinese mushroom, soaked until soft. Cut off the stems
2 tbsp Vegetarian oyster sauce
50 g Ginger,sliced
1 pc Rock sugar
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Sesame oil
500 ml Water

Ingredients: seasoning

¼ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
¼ tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
To taste Salt
A few drops Thick soy sauce


Some Coriander leaves
  1. Combine all ingredients (B) together and allow to cook on low heat for 2-3 hours till mushrooms are tender.
  2. Combine gluten with cooked mushrooms and seasoning until gluten is quite tender.
  3. When dish is ready, stir in blanched carrot and snow peas. Garnish and serve.
