Braised Mushrooms with Gluten

Ingredients
2 strings | Gluten balls cut into half, blanched in water added with a little oil and sugar, drained |
1 | Carrot, cut into shapes |
100 g | Snow peas |
Ingredients B:
100 g | Chinese mushroom, soaked until soft. Cut off the stems |
2 tbsp | Vegetarian oyster sauce |
50 g | Ginger,sliced |
1 pc | Rock sugar |
1 tbsp | Oil |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
500 ml | Water |
Ingredients: seasoning
¼ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
¼ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
To taste | Salt |
A few drops | Thick soy sauce |
Garnish:
Some | Coriander leaves |
Method
- Combine all ingredients (B) together and allow to cook on low heat for 2-3 hours till mushrooms are tender.
- Combine gluten with cooked mushrooms and seasoning until gluten is quite tender.
- When dish is ready, stir in blanched carrot and snow peas. Garnish and serve.
