|2 pieces||Chicken Drumstick (boneless)|
|1 tbsp||TUMIX® Chicken Stock|
|150 ml||Oil for frying|
- Marinate chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil.
- Dip the chicken drumstick into the flour and beaten eggs.
- Fry until it is cooked.
- Serve the chicken chop with blanched carrots, beans and fries.
Chicken Chop Sauce
|6 cloves||Garlic (finely pounded)|
|6 tbsp||Chili Sauce|
|3 tbsp||Tomato Sauce|
- Sauté the garlic, cook over lower heat, add in chili sauce, tomato sauce, honey, water, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix well.
