Chuka Wakame Salad
Recipe Description

Ingredients
3 | Shallot |
2 cm | Young ginger |
2 | Red chilli |
1 (240gm) | Young mango |
100 g | Chuka Wakame (Wakame seaweed) |
1 | Lime juice |
Enough | Salt |
1-2 packets | Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener |
Method
- Cut shallot, ginger and chilli into thin slices.
- Cut mango lengthwise and thinly.
- Mix the cut ingredients with chuka wakame and lime juice.
- Add in salt and Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener .
- Stir to combine and serve.
