3 - 4 whole Roots of coriander, lightly smashed
1/2 tsp Szechuan pepper
60 g Glass noodles, soaked and drained
10 pcs Tiger prawns, medium size
1/2 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
1 tsp Fish sauce 
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 tsp TUMIX® Anchovy Stock mix with 200 ml of water
100 ml Evaporated milk
Some Chopped coriander leaves
Method
Method
  1. Place coriander roots and Szechuan pepper in a claypot.
  2. Layer in the glass noodles and the prawns.  
  3. Spoon in the seasoning, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® stock.  Allow to boil till prawns are cooked.
  4. Pour in the evaporated milk (be careful that it will not over-boiled) and serve immediately with coriander.

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 26% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
