Crispy Fried Chicken

|500 g||Chicken drumstick and thigh|
|1 tsp||Turmeric powder|
|Enough||Cooking oil (deep-fry purpose)|
|3 - 4 cloves||Garlic|
|2 tbsp||Water (if required)|
- Marinade chicken for 30 minutes with all ingredients except cooking oil.
- Heat the oil, deep-fry the chicken until golden brown colour and cooked.
- Serve hot with rice.
