Durian Crepe
Ingredients
1- 2 tbsp | Oil |
Ingredients: batter
250 g | Plain flour |
3 | Egg |
200 ml | Coconut milk |
500 ml | Water |
½ tsp | Salt |
A few drops | Yellow colouring |
Ingredients: filling
200 ml | Low-fat non-dairy whipping cream |
5-6 sachets | Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener |
200-250g | Durian flesh |
Method
For batter:
- Combine all ingredients, mix well and strain into a bowl. Please Grease a non-stick pan with a little oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter to make a crepe.
- When done, remove and let it cool.
For filling:
- Mix cream with Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.
- Whip until stiff. Place 1 tbsp cream onto crepe.
- Spoon durian flesh then top with cream.
- Fold into a parcel. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
