Durian Crepe

Ingredients
Ingredients
1- 2 tbsp Oil

Ingredients: batter

250 g Plain flour
3 Egg
200 ml Coconut milk
500 ml Water
½ tsp Salt
A few drops Yellow colouring

Ingredients: filling

200 ml Low-fat non-dairy whipping cream
5-6 sachets Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener
200-250g Durian flesh
Method
Method

For batter:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and strain into a bowl.  Please Grease a non-stick pan with a little oil.
  2. Pour a small amount of batter to make a crepe.
  3. When done, remove and let it cool.

For filling:

  1.  Mix cream with Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.
  2. Whip until stiff. Place 1 tbsp cream onto crepe.
  3. Spoon durian flesh then top with cream.
  4. Fold into a parcel. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
