Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients A: Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 tbsp | Tomato sauce |
2 tbsp | Chilli sauce |
1 tbsp | Vinegar |
5 tbsp | Pineapple juice |
Ingredients B: cut into cube size (Sweet & Sour Sauce)
1 | Tomato, deseeded |
2 | Red Chilli, deseeded |
1 | Onion |
150 g | Cucumber |
100 g | Pineapple |

- Mix well all ingredients (A) and (B), cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Ready to serve.
Fried Dory Fish

500 g | Dory, cut into bite size |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
½ tsp | Salt |
½ tsp | White pepper powder |
Sufficient | Cooking oil |
Ingredients A: mixed evenly
1 tbsp | Rice flour |
1 tbsp | Tapioca flour |
1 tbsp | Cornflour |
1 tsp | Baking powder |

- Seasoned fish with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and white pepper powder for 10 minutes.
- Coating the fish with ingredients (A).
- Fry until golden brown, ready to serve.
