Fried Noodles

1 tsp | Cooking oil |
1 tsp | Minced shallots |
½ tsp | Minced garlic |
1 tsp | Chili paste |
30 g | Chicken, diced small |
30 g | Prawn, shelled |
40 g | Carrot, sliced thinly |
40 g | Choy sum, sliced |
9 | Fishballs, halved |
50 g | Yellow noodles |
30 g | Beansprout, tailed |
1 | Egg |
1 stalk | Spring onion, sliced |
½ | Red chili, sliced |
Ingredients A: sauces
½ tbsp | Sweet soy sauce |
1 tbsp | Tomato sauce |
1 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
1 tbsp | Chili sauce |
1/2 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |

- Heat oil, saute shallot, garlic and chili paste until fragrant.
- Add chicken, stir until it changes colour.
- Add prawns and carrot, cook for 1 minute.
- Add sauces ingredients (A) , choy sum, fishballs, noodles and beasprout. Stir well.
- Mix in egg, stir to combine.
- Serve sprinkled with spring onion and red chili.
ABC Soup

1 ½ cups | Water |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
50 g | Potato, diced |
70 g | Carrot, diced |
30 g | Baby corn |
½ medium | Tomato, quartered |
½ medium | Onion, quartered |
½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |

- Boil all the ingredients.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Dragon Fruit Pudding

200 ml | Water |
50 ml | Low-fat milk |
½ tsp | Agar-agar powder |
2 sachet | Pal Sweet® Sweetener |
75 g | Dragon fruit, mashed |
1 tsp | Lime juice |

- Bring to the boil water, milk and agar-agar powder. Stir contanstly.
- Turn heat off, add Pal Sweet® and dragon fruit.
- Pour into a mould and let it set and chill.
- Serve with lime juice.
