A simple dish that complements your daily menu. Easy to prepare. Try this special Fried Potato recipe.
|5||Potatoes (¾ cooked / cut into cubes)|
|¼||Yellow Onion (sliced)|
|¼||Onion (sliced) – optional|
|¼||Yellow Onion (finely sliced and pound)|
|4 piece||Garlic (finely sliced and pound)|
|4 slices||Coriander Leaves (chopped)|
|½ tbsp||Dried Shrimps (soaked / finely blended)|
|2||Red Chilies (finely sliced)|
|Enough||Oil for frying|
- Fry the potatoes.
- Remove the potatoes and dry off the excessive oil with the kitchen towel.
- Sauté the garlic, yellow onion (finely sliced and pound) and dried shrimps until fragrant.
- Add in the fried potatoes, sliced yellow onion, red chilies and the chopped coriander leaves.
- Add in AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt to taste.
- Fry until it cooks.
