Ingredients
5 | Potatoes (¾ cooked / cut into cubes) |
¼ | Yellow Onion (sliced) |
¼ | Onion (sliced) – optional |
¼ | Yellow Onion (finely sliced and pound) |
4 piece | Garlic (finely sliced and pound) |
4 slices | Coriander Leaves (chopped) |
½ tbsp | Dried Shrimps (soaked / finely blended) |
2 | Red Chilies (finely sliced) |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
To taste | Salt |
Enough | Oil for frying |
Method
- Fry the potatoes.
- Remove the potatoes and dry off the excessive oil with the kitchen towel.
- Sauté the garlic, yellow onion (finely sliced and pound) and dried shrimps until fragrant.
- Add in the fried potatoes, sliced yellow onion, red chilies and the chopped coriander leaves.
- Add in AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt to taste.
- Fry until it cooks.
