Delicious dessert with crunchy outside and soft, creamy inside texture. A combination of hot and cold desserts that are easy and quick to make.

1 packet | Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g |
150 ml | Water |
1 tub | Vanilla ice-cream |
12 slices | White bread |
Enough | Cooking oil, for frying |

- Mix Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g with 150ml water.
- Scoop ice-cream on one slice of bread, then top it with another slice of bread. Cut it using a cup. Repeat until all bread is done.
- Coat it with the prepared batter.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
