Delicious dessert with crunchy outside and soft, creamy inside texture. A combination of hot and cold desserts that are easy and quick to make.
|1 packet||Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g|
|1 tub||Vanilla ice-cream|
|12 slices||White bread|
|Enough||Cooking oil, for frying|
- Mix Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g with 150ml water.
- Scoop ice-cream on one slice of bread, then top it with another slice of bread. Cut it using a cup. Repeat until all bread is done.
- Coat it with the prepared batter.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
