Ginger Steamed Fish

2 medium pcs | Indian mackerel |
1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 tsp | Brown sugar |
1/4 tsp | Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning |
1 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
1 small | Lime, squeeze the juice |
3 slices | Ginger |
2 tbsp | Chopped garlic |
1 tbsp | Chopped green chili |
2 stalk | Lemongrass, bruised |
1 tbsp | Chopped coriander |

- Wash the fish with lemon juice to avoid the fish smell.
- Place the fish in a steamed tray.
- Mix brown sugar, Rasa Sifu™, oyster sauce and lime juice, pour on the fish.
- Sprinkle ginger, garlic, green and chili, lemon grass on the fish.
- Steam till cooked.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Stir-Fried Kangkung with Garlic

1 ½ nuts | Cashew nut, chopped |
1 tbsp | Crispy oat |
1/2 tsp | Olive oil |
1 tbsp | Chopped garlic |
1/4 no | Red chilli, sliced |
4 stalks | Kangkung |
1/2 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
1/4 tsp | Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning |
Some | Water (if needed) |

- Stir fry cashew nut and oats without oil, keep aside.
- Heat oil, saute garlic and red chili.
- Add in Kangkung.
- Add in oyster sauce, Rasa Sifu™ and some water.
- Stir well until cooked.
Corn Soup

1/4 round slice | Corn on the cob |
1/3 pcs | Tofu |
250 ml | Chicken clear stock |
Some | Coriander leave |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |

- Boil chicken clear stock.
- Add in tauhu, corn on the cob and TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
- Simmer and serve warm.
