|1 ½ cup||Rice grain, washed|
|1 1/3 cup||Water|
|1 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|1 packet||SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g|
|50 g||Long bean, thinly sliced|
|3||Winged bean, sliced|
|25 g||Chicken floss|
|½ bulb||Ginger torch, thinly sliced|
|3 stem||Laksa leaf, stem removed|
- Combine rice grain, water and cooking oil in rice cooker with SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g.
- Stir well and let it cook.
- Once the rice is cooked, add in long bean, winged bean, chicken floss, ginger torch and laksa leaf.
- Mix well and ready to serve.
