This Kerabu Salad is delicous to eat by itself. It tastes sour, sweet and a bit spicy. The recipe is also easy by simply using fresh ingredients.
Serving Suggestion: 4 – 6pax
|3 cloves||Garlic (finely chopped)|
|1||Red Onion (sliced)|
|8||Bird’s Eye Chili (finely chopped)|
|1||Tomato (finely chopped)|
|3 stalks||Lemongrass (finely chopped)|
|4||Shallot (finely chopped)|
|2 pieces||Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)|
|2 pieces||Ginger Flower (finely chopped)|
|3||Red Chili (finely chopped)|
Ingredients for Sauce:
|3 tbsp||Brown Sugar|
|2 tbsp||Fish Sauce|
|1 tbsp||SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Deep Fry Seasoning|
|3 tbsp||Lime Juice|
|1 tbsp||Sesame Oil|
- Put all the ingredients for sauce in the pan. Cook over low heat until the brown sugar dissolves. Set it aside.
- Cut squid into rings and boil it.
- Mix all the ingredients with the sauce until it is even.
- Leave it in the fridge for an hour then it is ready to be served.
