Recipe Description
Kerabu salad is a traditional spicy and tangy Malaysian salad that is typically served as a side dish. This is a dish that consists of coriander, tomatoes and onions mixed with squid. This dish is often served with a sauce made from fish sauce, lime juice and brown sugar. The vegetables are then chopped into small pieces, mixed with the sauce combination. Malaysians of all races love this condiment and it is a must-have for those with a spicy palate. It is best paired with grilled meat, seafood or plain white rice.
