2 sprigs | Curry leaves |
Enough | Cooking oil |
Ingredient A:
90 g | SERI-AJI® Spicy Seasoned Flour |
½ tsp | Turmeric powder |
½ cup | Water |

- Combine all ingredient (A), mix thoroughly.
- Flatten the mixture on the chicken.
- Add in curry leaves and mix well.
- Heat up the oil, deep fry the chicken with medium heat until cook.

The indicator of the meat is cooked is when the sizzling has reduced.
