|1 tbsp||SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning|
Ingredients A: gravy
|3 packs||SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning|
|1||Onion, thinly sliced|
|1||Yellow onion, sliced into rings|
- Marinate chicken with SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning.
- Fry until crispy and set aside.
- Mix SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning with water until well combined.
- Heat ½ cup of frying oil, fry onion until soften.
- Add in SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning mixture, boil until thicken.
- Add in fried chicken and yellow onion. Mix until chicken is coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Ready to serve.
