1 packet Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g
325 ml Water
2 pcs Dried plain noodle, soaked in hot water until soft and cut
1 Red onion, sliced
100 g Carrot, cut into matchstick
3 stalks Crab filament, cut
20 g Celery leaf, cut
Enough Cooking oil
Method
Method
  1. Mix Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g with 325ml water.
  2. Add in mee, red onion, carrot, crab filament and celery leaf into the batter. Mix well.
  3. Take a spoon of the batter, place on heated fritter mould and fry until golden brown. 
Method
Tips

Make sure the fritter mould is hot enough before placing the mixture so that the fritter does not stick to the mould.
