Murabyan Prawn (Abu Dhabi Style Prawn)

500 g Prawn, medium size
1 tbsp SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour (Spicy)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
½ tbsp SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning
100-150 ml Water
Enough AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
Method
Method
  1. Mix prawn with SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour (Spicy)
  2. Heat up olive oil and butter, and saute the onion.
  3. When it is golden brown, add in garlic, and stir for a minute.
  4. Put in the prawns and SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning, mix well. Pour some water and stir for a while.
  5. When the prawn is cooked, place in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
