120 g Salmon fillet
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1/3 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
½ tbsp Olive oil
Some Parsley for garnishing (optional)

 

Method

  1. Marinate salmon fillet with chopped garlic and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.
  2. In a non-stick pan, heat ½ tbsp of olive oil.
  3. Cook salmon 5-7 min (skin down).
  4. Turn fillet over and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Salmon is cooked when the salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
Stir-fried Broccoli with Garlic

1 tsp  Sesame oil
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1 cup / 60 g Broccoli florets
2 tbsp Water
½ tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock

 

Method

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat sesame oil.
  2. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli florets and season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli, add some water and cover.
  5. Let it cook not more than 2-3 minutes to maintain its the colour and crispness.
