Ingredients A: pancake batter
|1 cup||Wheat flour|
|1 tsp||Baking powder|
|1 ½ tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
|1 ½ tbsp||Butter, melted|
Ingredients B: topping
- Combine all ingredients (A) in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Heat the non-stick pan, pour the pancake batter. Cooks until bubble appear.
- Low the heat, flip the pancake. Top with ingredients (B) as per your liking. Close the pan with lid.
- When the cheese has melt, it ready to serve.
Drizzle some water into the pan to create steam. It will help the cheese to melt.
