Potato Salad

Appetizing Potato Salad is absolutely easy to prepare. Suitable for breakfast as well as a simple dish at night.

4 /800 g | Potatoes, large size, peeled |
2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
5 | Chicken ham slice |
1 | Red onion, cut into cubes |
1 stick | Celery, cut into cubes |
3 | Egg, boiled and chopped |
Ingredients A: salad dressing
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
½ tbsp | Mustard sauce |
1 tsp | Lemon juice |
1 ½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |

- Boil the potatoes for 12-15 minutes, let it cool and cut into cubes.
- Heat the cooking oil, pan fried the chicken ham slice until golden and chops them. Set aside.
- Combine all ingredients (A) together with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Mix well.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
- Ready to serve.
