1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
1/4 tsp TUMIX ® Chicken Stock
150 g Chicken breast

  1. Marinate all ingredients with chicken breast for 30 minute.
  2. Place chicken on baking paper.
  3. Roast at 175’C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Slice and serve hot.

Tips

If using air fryer, cook at 180ç for 15-20minutes. Can also use a pan to cook.

Salad with Citrus Dressing

30 g Grated cucumber
45 g Grated carrot
2 tbsp Orange juice
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 sachet Pal Sweet® Sweetener
A pinch Salt

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Broccoli Soup

300 ml Water
1 tsp TUMIX ® Chicken Stock
60 g Broccoli florets
60 g Diced potato
1/2 tsp Olive oil

  1. Bring all ingredient to boil except olive oil.
  2. When potato is tender, turn off the heat.
  3. Blend soup until smooth, pour into a bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil, serve.
