60 g | Medium tiger prawns, head & vein removed |
1 tbsp | SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour(Original) |
1/2 tsp | Oil |
1/2 tsp | Minced garlic |
1 tsp | Chopped red chili |
1/3 cup | Water |
1/2 | Salted egg, boiled & yolk mashed |
1/4 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
1/2 tsp | RASA SIFU® All in One Seasoning |

- Coat prawns with SERI-AJI®.
- Suggest to use air fryer to fry prawns until done.
- Heat oil, stir-fry garlic and chili until fragrant.
- Add water, yolk, AJI-SHIO®, RASA SIFU® and fried prawn. Stir well then serve.
Stir Fried Bok Choy

1/2 tsp | Oil |
1 tsp | Minced garlic |
1 tsp | Minced onion |
50 g | Chicken meat, diced small |
1/2 tsp | RASA SIFU® All in One Seasoning |
120 g | Bok choy |
150 ml | Water |
1/2 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |

- Heat oil, sautee garlic, onion and chicken until fragrant and yellowish.
- Add RASA SIFU®, bok choy and water. Cook until tender.
- Sprinkle AJI-SHIO Flavoured Black Pepper,stir well then serve.
Spinach and Goji Soup

250 ml | Water |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Anchovy Stock |
1 tsp | Goji berries |
1/2 tsp | Finely chopped garlic |
50g | Spinach, cut 1 inch |

- Bring to the boil water, TUMIX®, goji berries and garlic.
- Add in spinach, let it tender then serve.
