Enough Cooking oil for sautéing
1½tbsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1 liter Water

Ingredients A: for sautéing

3 Shallots, sliced
5 cloves Garlic, sliced
½ inch Ginger, sliced
12 g Soup powder, mix with some water

Ingredients B:

400 g Chicken, cut into pieces
1 Potato
½ Carrot
1 sachet (8g) Soup spices

Ingredients C: garnishing

Some Chinese parsley
Some Spring onion
Some Fried Onion
Method
Method
  1. Heat the oil and sauté ingredient (A) until fragrant.  
  2. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. 
  3. Add in ingredient (B) and continue to boil. 
  4. Pour in TUMIX® Chicken Stock once ingredient (B) is tender. 
  5. Garnish with ingredients (C).
