Spices (Bunjut) Chicken Soup

Enough | Cooking oil for sautéing |
1½tbsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1 liter | Water |
Ingredients A: for sautéing
3 | Shallots, sliced |
5 cloves | Garlic, sliced |
½ inch | Ginger, sliced |
12 g | Soup powder, mix with some water |
Ingredients B:
400 g | Chicken, cut into pieces |
1 | Potato |
½ | Carrot |
1 sachet (8g) | Soup spices |
Ingredients C: garnishing
Some | Chinese parsley |
Some | Spring onion |
Some | Fried Onion |

- Heat the oil and sauté ingredient (A) until fragrant.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- Add in ingredient (B) and continue to boil.
- Pour in TUMIX® Chicken Stock once ingredient (B) is tender.
- Garnish with ingredients (C).
