Spinach Soup with Anchovy

|2 tsp||Cooking oil|
|200 g||Spinach, leaf and stem separated|
|3 sliced||Carrot, shredded|
|¾ tsp||TUMIX® Chicken Stock|
- Heat oil, sauté Ingredients (A) until fragrant.
- Pour water, bring to a boil.
- Add in the stems, carrot, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® Chicken Stock into the pot.
- Once the stems turn soft, add in spinach leaf and eggs. Then turn off the heat and serve hot.
With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 20% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
