200 ml | Water |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Enough | Cooking oil |
Some | Spring onion |
3/4 tsp | Sesame oil |

1/3 tsp | Pepper powder |
3/4t tbsp | Corn starch |
1 | Egg white |
3/4 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1/8 tsp | Salt |
Method
- Marinate minced chicken with ingredients (A) at least 30 minutes.
- Mix well the eggs, water and TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
- Apply some cooking oil on the steam tray.
- Mix well the eggs and minced chicken.
- Pour into the tray and steam for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Sprinkle the spring onion and sesame oil, serve hot with rice.
Tips

- Use medium heat (not high heat) to cook to prevent the egg from forming lumps.
