Sambal is a common and popular menu in Malaysia. With a hint of ‘sambal’ spiciness and sweetness, it adds new taste enjoyment of eating stir-fry cabbage.

½ cup Cooking oil
300 g Cabbage, torn by hand into bite-sized
1 tbsp Rasa Sifu™ All in One Seasoning

Ingredient A: blended

¼ cup Water
40 g Dried chili, cut, seeds removed and boiled
5 no Shallot
3 cloves Garlic
Method
Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil, sauté blended ingredients (A) until oil separates.
  2. Add in cabbage and stir fry until cooked.
  3. Season with Rasa Sifu™.
  4. Ready to serve.
