1 ½ tbsp Cooking oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 inch Ginger, shredded
150 g Long beans, cut into small piece
1/3 tsp Pepper powder

  1. Beat the eggs with ingredient (A), set aside.
  2. Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger.
  3. Add in long beans, stir fry.
  4. Add in pepper powder, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt, stir well.
  5. Pour in the egg and stir until cooked, serve hot.
