|2 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|200 g||Fern shoot, take only the tender part|
|½ tbsp||Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning|
|10 g||Anchovies, washed and fried|
Ingredients A: pounded
|3 stalk||Red chili|
- Heat cooking oil, fry ingredients (A) until fragrant.
- Add in fern shoot and water. Stir-fry until soften.
- Season with Rasa Sifu™.
- Add in anchovy and stir well.
- Ready to serve.
