Stir-Fried Pumpkin with Chili Powder

|1 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|1/3 tsp||Mustard seed|
|1 medium size||Onion, sliced|
|1 sprigs||Curry leaf|
|400 g||Pumpkin, remove skin and cut thin slices|
Ingredients A: seasoning
|1/2 tbp||Chili powder|
|1/2 tbp||Turmeric powder|
- Heat cooking oil in a wok, stir fry mustard seeds, onion and curry leaves until the onions are brown.
- Add in pumpkin, seasonings (A) and water.
- Stir well and cover until the pumpkin is soft, serve warm.
