1 tbsp Cooking oil
1/3 tsp Mustard seed
1 medium size Onion, sliced
1 sprigs Curry leaf
400 g Pumpkin, remove skin and cut thin slices
100 ml Water

1/2 tbp Sugar
1/2 tbp Chili powder
1/2 tbp Turmeric powder
1/4 tbp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/3 tsp Salt

Method
  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok, stir fry mustard seeds, onion and curry leaves until the onions are brown.
  2. Add in pumpkin, seasonings (A) and water.
  3. Stir well and cover until the pumpkin is soft, serve warm.
