Stir-fried Water Spinach in Kampung Style



Stir-fried Water Spinach in Kampung Style can definitely call to mind memories of your Mother's cooking. Its recipe is also easy, quick and definitely delicious to eat with hot rice.

2 tbsp | Oil |
2 | Shallot (sliced) |
2 clove | Garlic (sliced) |
250 g | Water spinach (cut into 4cm) |
80 ML | Water |
1 sachet | SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning |

- Heat oil. Saute shallots and garlic till fragrant.
- Add water spinach and water. Stir until half-cooked.
- Sprinkle 1 sachet of SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning.
- Stir fry until vegetables is fully cooked. Serve hot.

Suitable for all types of vegetables.
