Sweet and Sour Bull’s-Eye Egg

|1 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|1 tsp||Chopped garlic|
|1/2||Red capsicum, cubed|
|1/2||Green capsicum, cubed|
|1 tbsp||Lime juice|
|2 tbsp||Thai chili sauce|
|1 tbsp||Plum sauce|
- Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onion until aromatic.
- Add in capsicums and tomato, stir well.
- Add in all ingredient (A), mix well.
- Pour sauce over the eggs and serve.
