1 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1/2 Onion, cubed
1/2 Red capsicum, cubed
1/2 Green capsicum, cubed
1 Tomato, wedges

1 tbsp Lime juice
3/4 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Thai chili sauce
1 tbsp Plum sauce

  1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onion until aromatic.
  2. Add in capsicums and tomato, stir well.
  3. Add in all ingredient (A), mix well.
  4. Pour sauce over the eggs and serve.
