Thai Style Tofu is a Thai dish that is made with tofu, soy sauce, sugar and other ingredients. It is typically served with rice and vegetables but can also be served with noodles. The dish is made by simmering tofu in a sauce made with plum sauce, Thai chilli sauce, sugar and other spices. The dish can be made to taste spicy or not spicy at all depending on the type of curry paste used. Upon frying, the white smooth bean curd is transformed into a golden, spongy goodness. This Thai Style Tofu is extremely easy to make, delicious and healthy too.
