3 pcs Medium soft tofu, cut into 6 
Enough Cooking oil

Ingredients A: sauce

1/2 no Onion, sliced thinly
1 no Birds eye chili, bruised
1 stalk Spring onion, cut into 1-inch length
1 no Red chili, deseeded and cut into pieces
1/2 no Lime, squeeze the juice
1/3 tsp Sugar
1/8 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1 tsp Plum sauce
1 tbsp Thai chili sauce
1 tsp Fish sauce

Method
  1. Heat cooking oil in wok to deep-fry the tofu until golden brown, and drain.
  2. Arrange the fried tofu on a plate.
  3. Combine all ingredients (A) in a bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the fried tofu and serve.
