Thai Style Tofu

Fried tofu served with sweet and sour sauce. It is delicious by itself.
|3 pcs||Medium soft tofu, cut into 6|
Ingredients A: sauce
|1/2 no||Onion, sliced thinly|
|1 no||Birds eye chili, bruised|
|1 stalk||Spring onion, cut into 1-inch length|
|1 no||Red chili, deseeded and cut into pieces|
|1/2 no||Lime, squeeze the juice|
|1 tsp||Plum sauce|
|1 tbsp||Thai chili sauce|
|1 tsp||Fish sauce|
- Heat cooking oil in wok to deep-fry the tofu until golden brown, and drain.
- Arrange the fried tofu in a plate.
- Combine all ingredients (A) in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the fried tofu and serve.
