Recipe Description

Creamy soft scrambled eggs with white pepper aroma and mixed with fresh tomato and spinach. Perfect breakfast to start your day!

4 no Egg, large-sized
¼ cup Fresh milk
2 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Butter
¼ no Yellow onion, chopped
1 no Tomato, cut into small cubes
30 g Spinach, roughly chopped

  1. Crack egg into mixing bowl, add fresh milk, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and salt. Beat well using a whisk until it is slightly foamy. Keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pre-heated non-stick pan, stir-fry yellow onion.
  3. Then add tomato and spinach, stir-fry for 1 minute then turn heat to medium heat. 
  4. Pour in beaten egg, stir until the egg is begins to set. Turn off the heat.
  5. Serve hot.
