The rice is cooked with diced tomatoes, chilies, onions, spices and SERI-AJI® Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning, resulting in a delicious and hearty dish. Best enjoyed with meat and stir-fried vegetables, this rice dish is a must-try at home!

4 cups Basmathi rice grain
2 tbsp Ghee
3 Shallots, sliced
3 clove Garlic, sliced
2 sticks Green chili, halved
1 Tomato, diced
10 tbsp Tomato puree
1 ½ packs SERI-AJI® Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning 26g
4 cup Water
½ cup Evaporated milk
1 stalk Spring onion, sliced
1 stalk Coriander, sliced
2 tbsp Fried onion

2 Cinnamon sticks
5 Star anise
5 Cardamom
5 Clove
1 pieces Dried bay leaves
   
Method
Method
  1. Wash the rice grain and soaked for 1 hour, strain it.
  2. Heat the ghee, fry the spices (A) until fragrant.
  3. Add in shallot, garlic and green chili. Fry until golden.
  4. Add in tomato and tomato puree, mix well.
  5. Season with SERI-AJI® Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning 26g.
  6. Add in rice and mix well.
  7. Transfer the rice to rice cooker, pour in water and evaporated milk. Mix well.
  8. Let it cook.
  9. Sprinkle spring onion, coriander leaves and fried onion.
  10.  Ready to serve.
