Vanilla "Cekodok Pisang"

Easy and delicious Cekodok Pisang recipe. Crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. More unique, this Cekodok Pisang recipe has a fragrant vanilla flavour. Can be served for breakfast or afternoon tea.

1 packet | Seri-Aji® Tepung Goreng Pisang 150g |
290 g | Lady finger banana, estimated 8 pcs |
½ tsp | Salt |

- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Add in 1 paket Seri-Aji® Tepung Goreng Pisang 150g together with salt. Mix well.
- Use spoon to scoop and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Ready to serve.

Add a little bit more water if the mixture is too dry in step 2.
