Chicken Clear Soup

200 g Chicken carcass / bones
1 Onion (halved)
3 cloves Garlic
6 cups Water
  1. In a pot, add in chicken bones, onion, garlic and water. Let it boil.
  2. After boiling, simmer around 45 min over small fire.
  3. Strain the soup and set aside to cool.
  4. Divide into 3-4 individual portions. 250 ml per portion
