AMB will not provide third parties with your personal data without your prior written consent except in cases where we delegate the handling of personal data to third parties as data processor, such as our vendors, suppliers, contractors, agents and any identifiable sources or means to the extent necessary for the purpose of use such as information processing, products/ prize delivery, customer data enhancing and managing, customer service & customer research. We with clear understanding of the fact that the outsourcing of personal data to the third parties above as data processor shall comply with the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT requirements.

Generally, your personal data will be kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services requested.
