Chopped Cold Chicken
Ingredients
1 | Whole chicken |
1 ½ tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Some | Coriander,Spring onion or Cucumber |
Method
- In a large pot bring 3 litres water to boil.
- Drop in the chicken into the pot and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 50 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the pot and let it under running water for 10 minutes, keep aside the chicken broth.*
- Take out from the water, drain and rub TUMIX® Chicken Stock all over the chicken. Let it cool and set aside.
- Chop and arrange chicken pieces in a large plate.
- Garnish with coriander, spring onion or slides of cucumber.
Chillies Sauce
Ingredients
120 g | Fresh red chilies |
3 – 4 nos | Red chilies padi |
6 – 8 pips | Garlic |
100 ml | Chicken broth |
3 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1 tsp | Sugar |
Method
- Blend the chilies, garlic and chicken broth. Then add TUMIX® Chicken Stock and sugar, mix well.
Optional: Add in 1 teaspoon of Calamansi juice
Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
160 g | Fresh ginger, remove skin |
100 ml | Chicken broth |
Ingredients A
2 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1 tsp | Fish sauce |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
½ tsp | Sugar |
Method
- Blend the fresh ginger and chicken broth with ingredient A till fine paste.
- Pour into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes over medium heat.
