Dumpling Soup

Ingredients A: filing
60 g | Minced prawns |
60 g | Minced chicken |
1 tbsp | Holland onion, finely cut |
1 tsp | Coriander leaves, finely cut |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Anchovy Stock |
1/2 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
1 tbsp | Potato starch |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
Ingredients B:
7 – 8 pcs | Dumpling wrappers |
30 g | Romaine lettuce |
Some | Carrot sliced, garnish |
Some | Leek sliced, garnish |
Some | Spring onion sliced, garnish |
Ingredients C: soup
600 ml | Water |
1 tbsp | TUMIX® Anchovy Stock |
1/2 pc | Holland onion, sliced |

- Mix all ingredients (A) with the seasoning until elastic. Wrap 1 tbsp of filling with the dumpling wrapper.
- Bring the soup to boil, add in the prepared dumplings and allow to boil. The dumplings will be completely cooked when they float on a surface of boiling water.
- Add in romaine lettuce and garnish, serve hot.
Pandan Pudding

250 ml | Low-fat milk |
1/2 tsp | Agar-agar powder |
Few drops | Pandan flavour concentration |
2 sachet | Pal Sweet® Sweetener |

- Stir milk and agar-agar powder on medium heat.
- When it boils and the agar-agar powder dissolves, turn off the heat.
- Add pandan flavour concentration and Pal Sweet®.
- Pour into a mould and let it set.
- Chill and ready to serve.
