Ingredients A: Spices
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Sugar |
1 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
1/2 tsp | White pepper seed, crushed |
1/2 tsp | Coriander seed, crushed |
1 pc | Cinnamon stick |
4 cloves | Star anise |
4 pcs | Clove |
1 pc | Lemongrass sticks |
2 pcs | Bird eye’s chili |
20 g | Ginger, julienne |
1/2 pc | Holland onion, sliced |
Ingredients B: vegetables and garnishing
3 pcs | Siew pak choy |
4 pcs | Mint leaves |
50 g | Bean sprout |
2 stalk | Spring onion |
1/2 pc | Kaffir lime |
1 pc | Red Chili, julienned |
1 pc | Green Chili, julienned |

- Boil in medium heat, water, beef meat and all ingredients (A) until the beef is soft. Add water if needed.
- Remove the whole beef meat and slice it thinly. Blanch the siew pak choy in the stock.
- Assemble all the ingredients (B) on top of flat rice noodle and sliced beef.
- Pour in the stock and ready to serve.
