Green Chilli Fish (Ikan Cabe Ijo)

1 pc / 500 g | Pomfret fish, slashed |
2 tbsp | SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning |
Enough | Cooking oil |
2 | Shallot, blend coarsely |
1 | Onion, blend coarsely |
8 | Green chilli, blend coarsely |
½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
½ tbsp | TUMIX® Anchovy Stock |
1 sachet | Pal Sweet® Sweetener |

- Coat the fish with SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning.
- Heat the oil, fry the fish till cooked. Put aside.
- Heat ½ cup of the same cooking oil, stir fry shallot and onion till fragrant.
- Add in green chilli dan fry till cook.
- Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and TUMIX® Anchovy Stock, stir well.
- Turn off the fire, add in Pal Sweet® Sweetener. Stir well.
- Pour the green sambal onto the fish and serve while hot.
