Keema Matar-Dry Mutton Curry
Recipe Description

Delicious dishes are served with bread or hot rice. Keema Matar-Dry Mutton Curry recipe is easy to prepare in a simple way.

400 g Minced mutton
4 tbsp Oil
2 Onion, finely chopped
½ tbsp Ginger paste
½ tbsp Garlic paste
2 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning
1 cup Green peas
2 Tomato, finely chopped
½ cup Water
3 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped

Ingredients A:

1 tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Cumin powder
  1. Heat oil, saute onion, garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
  2. Add ingredients (A), cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in mutton and TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning, stir well. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add in green peas, tomato and water. Let it boil until water dries out. Garnish with coriander leaves.
