600 g | Beef meat |
1 tsp | Coriander powder |
1 tsp | Fennel powder |
1 tsp | Cumin powder |
8 pcs | Bird eyes chili, sliced |
2 pcs | Calamansi |
1 pc | Onion, diced |
1 pc | Tomato, diced |
Ingredients B: tamarind water
6 g | Shrimp paste, baked |
1 ½ tbsp | Coconut paste |
90 g | Tamarind paste, seedless |
2 ½ tsp | Sugar |
1 ½ cup | Water |
1/2 tbsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1/4 tbsp | Salt |

- Dry rub the beef meat with coriander, cumin and fennel powder.
- Roast it in an oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Let it cool aside before cutting it into thick slices.
- In a blender, blend all ingredients (B), transfer to a bowl and mix with the bird eyes chili, calamansi juice, onion and tomato.
- Serve it together with sliced roasted beef.
