Salad Nicoise with Tuna Flakes
Ingredients
Ingredients: salad
300 g | Potato |
300 g | French beans |
150 g | Tomato, cut onto quarter |
10 g | Green pepper, cut into julienne |
8 | Black olive, slice |
100 g | Tuna in oil, break into chunks |
Ingredients A: dress
40 g | Vinegar |
100 g | Olive oil |
Some | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
Ingredients B: garnishing
300 g | Lettuce |
1 | Hardboiled egg, cut onto quarter |
Some | Parsley |
Method
- Wash and cook potato in salted water, refresh and remove the skin.
- Blanch French bean and keep aside.
- Mix vinegar, olive oil, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, whisk to mix well.
- Lightly season the salad items, dress the salad with semi emulsion.
- Plate on a bed of lettuce and top the salad with hardboiled egg and parsley.
