Salad Nicoise with Tuna Flakes

300 g Potato
300 g French beans
150 g Tomato, cut onto quarter
10 g Green pepper, cut into julienne
8 Black olive, slice
100 g Tuna in oil, break into chunks

Ingredients A: dress

40 g Vinegar
100 g Olive oil
Some AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper

Ingredients B: garnishing

300 g Lettuce
1 Hardboiled egg, cut onto quarter
Some Parsley
Method
Method
  1. Wash and cook potato in salted water, refresh and remove the skin.
  2. Blanch French bean and keep aside.
  3. Mix vinegar, olive oil, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, whisk to mix well.
  4. Lightly season the salad items, dress the salad with semi emulsion.
  5. Plate on a bed of lettuce and top the salad with hardboiled egg and parsley.
