Spicy Tomato Chicken

130 g | Boneless chicken |
½ tsp | Turmeric powder |
¼ tsp | Salt |
½ tbsp | Corn oil |
1 small | Onion |
3 slices | Ginger |
3 cloves | Garlic |
2 tbsp | Chili paste |
½ | Tomato |
½ tbsp | Tomato sauce |
3 tbsp | Water |
Some | Coriander leaves |
½ tsp | Rasa Sifu™ All in One Seasoning |

- Marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt for 15 minutes.
- Fry with air fryer / nonstick pan to reduce the use of oil.
- Blend red onion, ginger, garlic and chilli paste.
- Heat oil, sauté blended ingredients, then add in tomato and tomato sauce.
- Add in water and cook over high heat.
- When the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer it. When the gravy thickens, add in the chicken and Rasa Sifu™, mix well.
- Ready to serve with coriander leave.
Stir-Fried Water Convolvulus (Kangkung)

¼ tsp | Olive oil |
1 tbsp | Garlic, chopped |
¼ | Red chilli, sliced |
½ tbsp | Oyster sauce |
100 ml | Water |
2 cups (120g) | Kangkung |
½ tsp | Rasa Sifu™ All in One Seasoning |
1 tbsp | Oat |

- Heat oil, sauté garlic and red chilli until fragrant.
- Add oyster sauce and water.
- Add kangkung and Rasa Sifu™, close with lid. Cook over slow fire until cooked.
- Serve with a sprinkle of oat.
Sweet Potato Soup

250 ml | Vegetable stock |
2 tbsp | Sweet potato, cubed |
¼ piece | Tofu, cut to small pieces |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
¼ tsp | Salt |
Some | Coriander leave |

- Add in vegetable stock and sweet potato in a pot. Let it boil until the sweet potato softens.
- Add in tofu, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Garnish with coriander leave.
