Ingredients
130 g  Boneless chicken
½ tsp Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Salt
½ tbsp Corn oil
1 small Onion
3 slices Ginger
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Chili paste
½  Tomato
½ tbsp Tomato sauce
3 tbsp Water
Some Coriander leaves
½ tsp Rasa Sifu™ All in One Seasoning

 

Method
  1. Marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry with air fryer / nonstick pan to reduce the use of oil.
  3. Blend red onion, ginger, garlic and chilli paste. 
  4. Heat oil, sauté blended ingredients, then add in tomato and tomato sauce.
  5. Add in water and cook over high heat.
  6. When the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer it. When the gravy thickens, add in the chicken and Rasa Sifu™, mix well.
  7. Ready to serve with coriander leave.
Ingredients
¼ tsp  Olive oil
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
¼ Red chilli, sliced
½ tbsp Oyster sauce
100 ml Water
2 cups (120g) Kangkung 
½ tsp Rasa Sifu™ All in One Seasoning
1 tbsp Oat
Method
  1. Heat oil, sauté garlic and red chilli until fragrant. 
  2. Add oyster sauce and water.
  3. Add kangkung and Rasa Sifu™, close with lid. Cook over slow fire until cooked.
  4. Serve with a sprinkle of oat.

250 ml Vegetable stock
2 tbsp Sweet potato, cubed
¼ piece Tofu, cut to small pieces
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
¼ tsp Salt

Method
  1. Add in vegetable stock and sweet potato in a pot. Let it boil until the sweet potato softens.
  2. Add in tofu, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
  3. Garnish with coriander leave.
