Chicken Satay
Ingredients
800 gm | Chicken (Clean and cut into small pieces) |
Sufficient | Cooking Oil (for frying) |
30 sticks | Satay Stick |
INGREDIENT (A):
1 tsp | Coriander Seeds |
1 tsp | Aniseeds |
1 tsp | Cumin Seeds |
1 tbsp | Turmeric Powder |
2 stalks | Lemon Grass (pounded) |
80 gm | Brown Sugar |
50 ml | Cooking Oil |
2 tbsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock Powder |
1 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning (Flavor Enhancer) |
BLENDED INGREDIENT (B):
10 nos | Shallots |
1 nos | Red Onion |
4 nos | Garlic |
½ inch | Ginger |
50 ml | Water |
Method
- Marinate the chicken with ingredients A and B.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Skewed the chicken with satay stick.
- Heat up oil and fried the chicken in a frying pan.
- Serve with condiment like cucumber, red onion, and peanut sauce.
